Luffy vs Walter

Luffy(OP) vs Walter(Hellsing) 
They are both at full power.  
They fight in a big Castle. 
 
Scenario1: Pre-time skip luffy vs old Walter 
Scenarion2: Pre-time skip luffy vs young Walter(not vampire Walter just the young from the dawn) 
Scenario3.Post-time skip Luffy vs Vampire/dark Walter(no failiour in transformation)

On a ship? Walter wins easily. He just has to destroy the ship and Luffy will drown

scenario 1: Luffy 
scenario 2: Probably luffy 
Scenario 3: walter and easily. He should be fast enough to avoid even luffys gear 2 punches and his nearly invisible wires would give luffy hell even with haki. Also if luffy gets caught by walters wires he is finished as walter was able to casually slice skyscrapers in two so there will be no tanking on luffys part

Walter is hypersonic as he blitzed Alucard
and was able to cut a large building  iirc and also has vampire regeneration.
