@jumpstart55: I got this from comic vine. Dr. Strange uses mystical energy invoked upon by spells/incantations or by the power of divine beings to manipulate forces of the universe including projection of mystic energy as bolts, slashes, binds, shields, or a scattered array of energy appearing like electricity, manipulating matter and various energies (physical or spiritual)even transmutation of matter, controlling the elements, opening or sealing mystical portals to other realms, teleportation or dimensional travel, reality warping and control over dimension, seeing through or casting illusions, invisibility and intangibility through astral projection, vast mental powers such as telepathy and telekinesis, communication with the dead and spiritual entities, seeing the future or past, manipulating dreams, removing spirits or placing them back into bodies, summoning supernatural beings, or using the powers of supernatural items. Dr.Strange wins
Strange can teleport but so can Aizen via garaganta and he may be able to use the forbidden telepotation technique that Tosen used. Anyway if you consider all factors in the battle than Aizen's reiatsu alone would bring strange to his knees and end it. It's a cheap victory I know but you know it's the truth. Also Aizen wins via speedblitz. Strange's reaction time < Aizen's reaction time.
@taichokage: Hyíperbole..You think someone who fights and communicates much greater spiritual beings would be hampared by the presence of a mere shinigami? The Reiatsu doesn't work and the Graganta is extremely slow. Same with Aizen's illusion. Strange could see through it easily as its magic in some sense. But at random encounter Aizen still has the edge in physical power. At least with the non-SS Strange. The classic strange could wipe Aizen out without a flinch.
