@5th: depends on what kind of mountain you are talking about and what kind of city if its the everest then sure but if its less than 2km tall then city burst is harder

@SpeedForceSpider: I feel it is a bit overrated because of the fact that people assume once someone has it they have super mastery of it like rayleigh.

@TheNeutralOne: however mihawks precog shouldnt be too far from rayleigh or shanks. in my book mihawk is stronger than shanks (mainly because he belittled shanks when he offered to duel him) so his haki is sure to be extremely powerful
