Well, Akira is physically stronger. In terms of speed, Medaka is probably faster. However, Kongo has fought characters that are much faster than him before, like Iai Banchou and Machine Banchou, and came out on top.

I'm not sure, what else can you tell me about Medaka; I'm not exactly an expert on her.

Couldn't Medaka copy and learn her opponents phyiscal abilities. Or something like that, I can't remember.

I thought that only works with abnormal abilities. She could also learn skills instantly via that method if I remember correctly, but I'm not sure if she could do the same with Kongou's strength since it seems to just be a natural thing that runs in his family.

Yeah, but wasn't that only when he was in giant mode? That's not allowed.

I still vouch for Akira though.
