Deep throat has the advantage as he's a bullet timer of modern weapons as compared to FMA's older weapons.
I'd say they're pretty close, Bradley's eye will help, since Grey Fox can be incredibly unpredictable, but Grey Fox is more knowledgeable in hand-to-hand combat as compared to Bradley. That and Grey Fox has cloaking that doesn't impede his performance.
