This is between the curse mark lv 2 curse mark Kidomaru's arrow and Susanoo Sasuke's arrow.
@Kurohige: Sasuke's arrow. Neji got hit with Kidomaru's arrow twice as a genin and he still got up and killed the guy. Sasuke's arrow has been proven too fast too dodge by Danzo and Kakashi which is why they Izanagi and Kamui respectively to get not get killed by it. And Sasuke's arrow is just bigger and has a more devestating impact.
