Yes, there is that, but then there's also the more impressive feat of Roshi being shown to easily catch the bullets from machine-gun fire, and Goku was giving him a good fight. It wouldn't be exaggerating to say Goku is hypersonic at this point, and I won't even get started on strength/power.

Sharingan could help follow his movements, as it did against Haku.However, It's Goku's everything that just nukes the debate. You can take your pick with speed, strength, durability, ect (because I can't think of anything additional to that list). He can avoid just about all Sasuke's attacks, and if he didn't then they aren't doing much damage. Goku's massive strength keeps the fight being ended in one blow, two or three being generous.
P.S. I'm going to add skill to that to that list I made.
@DBZ_universe: Yeah he looks cool and his effects are nice to, his first effect is a bit meh (6 counters is alot at first) but his second effect is where he shines imo :) if you have an Spell Counter or Spellbook focussed Deck you are recycling like a beast so the discard is an nonfactor and you can keep killing your opponent.
