Is difficult to say, but if Kenshiro haves Emo Power  (A.K.A  Musou Tensei ) he totally ows Karate Kid.... 
If not Karate kid haves chances...

umm wasn't there a battle with karate kid against rob luccie and he lost? How is kenshiro any better? He surpasses the kid by a lot.

This is a fairly even battle, each has insane feats for being just a regular human.

@geraldthesloth: Not really, manga Kenshiro  even without musou tensei wins this fight maybe not easily but it wont be the hardest battle he has ever been in. But hard battle or not Kenshiro wins this.

It won't be easy period musou tensei as far as strength goes and reaction times Karate Kid has him fairly outclassed.

@geraldthesloth: Strength Kenshiro wins, Karate kid was not written very good when it comes to feats he barley used strength he used the weak points or the area around him like when he broke solid ice and diamond. And Kenshiro can fly, make forcefields, and shoot energy beams, sure karate kid had his moments of PIS (Well I wont say him dodging power boy was PIS but depending on how fast that kryptonian or whatever was going yes)  And he can use his moves from afar.
 
@battleheiz: Kenshiro can do that too.

1.The OP did not say he has the ring 
2. Even if he did it would not matter as he does not know who kenshiro is, where he was, or what he looked like so your saying Karate kid only has a chance  against kenshiro if he fights him as a baby? And the fact that they are in completely different universes that wont work this is a fight not a death sentence.

@Kurohige: he can travel in future to collect data on kenshiro and then kill him and thats the easiest way and i think that karate kid can win but it will be hard one

@battleheiz: Yeah. prep time? This equals as that. And even if he does, Kenshiro is sure to defeat him. Except if KK activates some time paradox. But those aren't battles.
In fair and square fight KK is far outclassed by him.

I watched the new OVA's again to double check, and I conclude that Kenshiro wins... 
He outclasses KK in almost any way...

@battleheiz: So again he has no chance in a fair fight, again the OP says nothing about that and they live in different universes too.
