Well if we are talking about weapons, and including Wade himself, then, to begin with he can't die, he was cursed by Thanos so that he could never die (Because Death literally wants to have Deadpool in bed with her), just as well, his healing factor depends on the writer, without a writer and his ability to break reality and alter the 4th Wall, he could alter his own healing factor as much as he wants, as well as add his own abilities and powers. Also along those lines, in the special 900th issue of Deadpool, he climbs out of the comics in order to kill his writers and all of his fans so he can finally end his series, and even doing that doesn't kill him.
 
Either Deadpool would eventually wear down Kenpachi and win, or it would never end.
 
He has tried to kill himself in every way possible, and can't, and furthermore, thanks to his 4th wall powers, if Kenpachi does or ever will have a weakness, or something that can be used as a weakness. Deadpool will know about it. 
 
Yes, this is overpowered, but that's Deadpool, OP and hilarious, also because Kenpachi is as bloodthirsty as Deadpool is, DP wouldn't be afraid to actually fight as hard as possible, or do anything to win.

Nope not even spiritual pain or emotional pain, he lives every day having his body filled to the brim with cancer, essentially he is living cancer, he can't feel pain.
 
He has had Ghost Rider's Penance stare not effect him, so no spirit crushing spiritual or psychic pain.
 
And he has even had T-Ray, his nemesis, take away everything from him he had emotionally, and do everything possible to break his spirit, and it only made Deadpool laugh at how much of a monster T-ray became in order to try and break him.
 
He can not die or feel pain at all.

And he was able to beat T-ray using his soul but why are you telling me all this
