Wierd match. I guess it would go to Father though. Then again I take that back. Father can't stay in this form long enough to get Kenpachi down. If he could use this form unlimited, I'd say he would win though.

Kenpachi splits Father in half without even trying. Father needs Phil-Stones to maintain his power in that state. Kenpachi has no such weakness.

Kenpachi doesn't stand a chance. He either gets blasted or transmuted.

You know how often blasting works against Kenpachi? Never. And Kenpachi is a walking Spiritual Entity. You need to know the composition of something to transmute it. It would also require Father to touch him. Which is worse since he'd have to get passed Kenpachi's massive auto-shield. Really, you have no idea what's goin on, do you?
