I say Kakashi because besides taijutsu, he can also do ninjutsu.  He also has his Sharingan.  Guy could also use ninjutsu, but he chooses not to.

It could go either way really. They have always been able to stalemate each other and I think the last record of their fights was Guy up by one. I think that they are so close in power that they would almost be disearnable in combat. Before people say "time warp", I am sure Guy knows about it. They are, after all, BFFs and for all we know Guy helped him train to get it.

I would say Kakashi if this fight was serious and to the death and the two didnt have their friendly ties.
 
His MS would chomp up guy i think.
