@Sinister_Noob: the problem is we never knew what release level 4 to 1 does, it didn't have significant difference, but zero level is like "look i got thousand of regenarating solider made of my blood and i am truly invincible right now" but i say alucard only needs level 2 something if considering all the level is equally divided
