Jack Rakan wins, he can dish out more then the DCUA Superman and also faster on the ground

@justanormalguy: Is a uber-broken character from Mahou Sensei Negima, he destroys a mountain with a joke attack, wills himself to existance after being erased from Reality (twice) and can tank unholy ammounts of damage
