I'm gonna give this one to Wrath, though it won't be an easy one. While Wrath's definitely swift enough with his swordsmanship to prevent Izumi from performing any alchemy, Izumi's skills in hand-to-hand combat would make her a tougher adversary since she wouldn't be as dependent on alchemy to evade attacks like Roy's battle with the Fuhrer in the anime. Wrath's opportunity for an opening with Izumi would be whenever the woman gets worked up enough in the battle where she coughs up blood. Once Izumi keels over in pain from the blood spewing, then she's easy pickings for Wrath.

Izumi could never kill her son. Wrath will kill her by her own will.... She would let herself die, interesting battle concept though, Mother vs son. Well, sort of son.

@DJSNuva1: The Wrath that Acer is referring is from the manga and is pretty much like Pride from the first anime series equipped with Ultimate Eye and ridiculously accurate swordsmanship skills.

Fuhrer King Bradley will cut her up into ribbond with his uber amazing sword skills, and if you read the latest chapter of FMA he annihilated a tank

@Nerx: Read the chapter just now. Seems more powerful than his first series counterpart, Pride.

Yep , his slices are almost surgical... however his skills are only peak human at best as hinted by his battle  with Lin Greed at the house, due to the stalemate
