It depends, does Thor still have that time-limit before he becomes mortal after losing mjolnir? He has warrior madness that increases his strength ten-fold and that coulped with his FTL reactions, and his own insane durability (like withstanding the heat of a thousand suns curtsy of Surtur and the weight of planets) would give him the win if he doesn't lose his powers after a set time.
Otherwise, Denji can probably avoid him until he becomes mortal and beat him then.
