- Both are in character. 
- Win by Death or Incapacitation. 
- No prep. 
- Weapons are standard. 
Who wins?

Itachi is gonna perform better than Sasgay did. He wins comfortably.

Obviously Itachi. Sasuke beat Danzou and he was just Itachi with an inferior use of the Mangekyou.
