Vs.  
  
 Sasuke after beating Itachi but before he obtained Itachi's sharingan  
 
Both are blood lusted and aren't holding back

So basically Itachi with MS vs Sasuke with MS? Itachi will curbstomp Sasuke so badly if this is the scenario.

Even with the Eternal Mangekyou, Itachi isn't shown to have any sort of power disadvantage by comparison. He wins.

Anyone else underwhelmed by the end result of the izanami from all the hype about it I thought it was going to turn out being same crazy ish but...I'm ok with the whole trapped in the endless loop thing.....another op move to add to the Uchiha's moveset hopefully only itachi knows the technique....

Wouldn't be much different from the match before Itachi's demise. Itachi's take on Susanoo is still the superior version and the guy would still be a formidable foe for Sasuke to handle. Itachi still kicks his younger brother's ass.

Itachi was one of the most powerful ninja in the whole series while afflicted with a crippling disease. With the sword of totsuka and the yata shield he's almost invincible.

U do realise that PRIME Itachi is probably THE strongest character in the series so far.

As I have said many times prime Itachi = God In Naruto, he does not even need the 1st Hokages cells & he could essentially defeat every character shown thus far 1 on 1 because of the sword of totsuka, the yata mirror, Izanami & his intelligence.

yup he has two legendary relics equipped onto the susanoo, also he just showed another technique which makes the fight at worst a stalemate, however itachi wins this easily.

@Nightflash: Most likely, Itachi is an absolute beast when he fights. On top of that he is a expert strategist, if he is bloodlust he will use everything in his arsenal to win. He knows all the Uchiha secrets and utilizes them in battle and being bloodlust makes him more dangerous because he will use the techniques to their full potential.
