This might be good as long as no says something silly and not true.....

Rules

no prep , in character , ki blasts are ok as long no one say "he one shots", Roshi can only use moves that are in the manga/ anime not any game also no cheap moves, Roshi can use max power or 50% power which ever one is fair, they both start at base power

Location - On top of Trick Tower

Note - How fast are these two? If one is faster then the other then speed is equal

Roshi by a large margin. He is superior in every area. The possible exception is brute strength. I see the similarity though. A passive Roshi might drag it out into what could be a decent battle.

@taichokage: it won't be easy for roshi that's for sure

I don't know if I'd go that far. It could or couldn't be depending on how Roshi wanted to fight. Even in speed Roshi can go at a constant pace faster than the human eye can see. Not just blurred, he literally is invisible to the naked eye. HXH higher tier characters are known for high reaction time and commencing small battle sequences in a matter of seconds but even then, Roshi trumps them all. He could beat Netero with ease but probably only if he's out to kill or plain blood listed. Otherwise Netero could put up a bit of a fight.

@taichokage: even with equal speed?

If Netero fights Roshi like he fought that chimera ant he has a good chance of winning. Netero is like the coolest guy to me because he can throw 1000 punches in a few seconds(or maybe under a second I think). He also has mastered martial arts and flexed his leg muscles then fought with one leg. I still think Roshi will win but Netero stands a good chance if he dodges the kameha wave.

As i said before this has the makings of a decent fight, but a serious Roshi would win.
