Fight takes place in the octagon

No weapons or ki attacks, The Ufc has a magical barrier around it provided by yours truly, So neither Warrior can leave the octagon.

I don't know about Ippo that much besides AMV's and his legacy , so my vote goes to Kenichi with his larger than life martial arts copying skills

I like More Ippo, But Kenichi can beat the living daylight out of Ippo, but Ippo is going to keep rising up until coma 4 and Kenichi wont kill him...
