Pick a team of 7 humans to defend themselves. (From an alien invasion) 
No aliens  
Pick from the following categories:
Maximum 2 mutants 
Maximum 2 battle suits 
Maximum 2 fantasy 
Maximum 1 Super genius  
Maximum 2 others

okay what alien ? we could just go with one haruhi or emperor joker and it will all go puff

I don't understand what you are trying to tell me. 
No aliens means: no humanoids such as kryptonians or silver surfer or gladiator. 
 
There are many people you could chose: 
Legion, Magneto, Jean Grey, Captain Marvel (both), Mary marvel, Ms Marvel, Krillin, tien, Batman, Black panther, red richards, dr doom, scarlet witch, Iron man. 
 
But remember to follow the rules.

yes i choose haruhi under the category of others, she can will them out of existence, that's the easiest way

I know haruhi, and she is not that powerful at changing reality, heck popeye is a reality changer, even domino unconsciously changes reality.
