@nishi99: So are we going by the versions shown in the pictures?
Assuming this is Hanzo at his prime and it's the older Hiruzen, I say Hanzo wins, but the 3rd will give him a good fight.
If we're talking both of them at their prime, then Hiruzen will win, but Hanzo would still make it difficult for him. Either way, it would be a good fight to watch.
If it's Hanzo in his prime vs Hiruzen in old age, then Hanzo would no doubt win.
If it's Hiruzen in his prime vs Hanzo in his prime, Hiruzen would probably win after a difficult fight.
If it's Hiruzen in old age vs Hanzo with before his death to Pain, Hiruzen would win.
@nishi99: Well it does make it more interesting, you're right.
Hanzo would give him a great fight, but ultimately I see Hiruzen pulling a win out of the bag. By no means certain, as we don't know what Hiruzen's full abilities were at his best. Based on hype though he should win; he was classed as "The God of Shinobi" around the point (or not long before) Hanzo had taken to the battlefield, which makes the 3rd's victory more likely.

Hanzo wins 2/3 in these scenario.
Hiruzen was said to be the strongest of the 5 Kages in his prime but Hanzo is not from the main 5 countries so that statement does not mean anything in this fight.
If you disagree with the statement I just made thats like saying Pain is weaker than the current 5 Kage.
Hanzo was also said to be one of the strongest ninja's of his time.
I also believe that Hanzo's skills decreased due to the constant 24/7 gurad he was under.

@TheNobody: They explained why that was. Basically in his older age he became a little crazy and stopped training. Instead he relied on others to guard him and it was said that his fighting skills deteriorated greatly because of this.
This^^. And Mifune was damn fast as well, able to reach most opponents before they even had the chance to make a hand-sign. I would have said his speed is definitely kage level.
