@eddz99: He is hypersonic to the point where he can casually dodge machine gun fire. His exoskeleton will prevent him from getting cut by Kenshin's moves. It helped him from taking massive damage from a metal gear a few times. And he has a arm cannon that can shoot Kenshin since they are 100 feet from each other Kenshin won't get close enough on time.
