Yamaji 1st 2 rounds, and either way for round 3. Maybe Hiei as the winner.

Lol, sorry. I usually try to at least run by the point of the thread. The reason I tried to get away with not doing so is because EOS Hiei and current Yamamoto are very high up there in power. I actually wasn't sure about round 3.

End of Chapter Black, Hiei is A-Class. Yamamoto's not taking that. End of DT may be a good fight. Hiei was affecting the entire island though.
