Team Hero: 
 
                                            
 
 
                                                  VS 
 
                             
 
 
 
Conditions: 
Nobody can fly. 
Naruto cannot use Kyuubi, but starts off in sage mode (without ma and pa). 
Ichigo cannot use his hollow, but can go vizard. 
This is regular Sephiroth and Kefka, not their other forms. 
Halibel and Stark begin in thir released states. 
All bleach characters can obviously be seen/ interacted with. 
 
Battle takes place at Hueco Mundo (because Aizen's on vacation). 
Who wins?

Yes. But (sorry, forgot to mention in the OP) the Deva Path cannot use chibaku tensei.

shouldnt there be more bad guys or the heroes will cleen house quick and easy 
even by standard manga rules there should be more bad guys atleast

@FLCL1: none of them can defeat Ace 
and i don't realy think that they are heroes.

yes they can , kefka can just cast ICE, and kurohige beaten ace once

pain and orochimaru uses water jutsu
 
the heroes are a bit outmatched here

@FLCL1: It would be better if you provided an argument for your choice so that they may know why you think the villains win.
