The world of Berserk takes place in a time similar to Middle Ages Europe where monotheism (Christianity) was the norm and anything else is considered paganism where you could be sentenced to death. A majority of people during this time, counting those in Berserk, follow this ideology which has made the use of Od in the world of Berserk a similar problem limiting the number of people who have means of knowing about it. But it was enough of a threat where Griffith ordered the killing of any sorcer(er/ess) that would threaten his power in the human world which would be a potential problem for this knowledge being taught to future generations.

But in terms of this battle, Guts has never used any magic and while indeed a match for Zodd, both haven't shown the speed capabilities that the Naruto cast normally make use of, especially in the case of taijutsu specialists like Rock Lee and Might Guy.

I do have to respond to one point you made earlier:

I was talking about the wave attack he used with team Guy. About the attack you are talking about, I think that extent was because he Samehada absorbed a lot of Bee's chakra, and a lot of the 8 tails chakra as well. Kisame himself said it, that he gets as strong as the opponent he is fighting, with Guts Samehada, doesn't have Chakra to absorb, therefore I don't think he can duplicate that kind of sphere.

The wave attack Kisame used on Team Gai was from a clone that was running on 30% of Kisame's chakra reserves, which makes it quite likely he would be capable of using the larger variation at his full power though he wouldn't be able to spam it since Samehada can't gain anything from Guts.

The Berserk Universe contains many countries, for example the Kushan Empire, there magic is common thing and they are only normal humans and they can wield it and use it, it doesn't matter if now in Midland and the other European like countries of Berserk have forgotten the Old Gods, Od and Magic, it existed, it exists and there are a lot of people who use it, so the world of Berserk isn't more realistic than Naruto's its just a different story and setting. Once again, Guts have move so fast that even the superhuman-natural Apostles, have lost track of him, even while fully armored, carrying multiple weapons including the hand cannon and the Dragonslayer. Kisame won't have a speed advantage on Guts, and I even believe that Guts reaction time is better, for the countless superhuman reflexes  he has showed.
