For this battle, the version of Guts fighting in this battle will be from before the Eclipse meaning no prosthetic arm with crossbow and cannon and Haru will be limited to using his sword in the Eisenmeteor form only (since it would be quite cheap for Haru to have all the forms at his disposal). So who wins between these two?

Guts still solo'd about 100guys by himself while injured. Also, pre-eclipse, Guts still took down an Apostle. This happens in the Manga, which is Main Canon. Knocked through trees, battered and broken with his sword snapped in half, he still brought down an Apostle in monster form.
