If you want to use powerscaling as a means of battle, then I could clearly say that Goku goes SSJ3 and becomes a galaxy-buster, since at that level he is far above Cell who is a confirmed solar-system buster, and just blasts the hell out of her like nothing. Or his insane combat speed would keep her from doing anything because he would always be on her. She wouldn't avoid an instant kamehameha to the face.

This is from a official source (VIZ Manga, DBZ Volume #20) It say nothing about the Solar System being save, only Earth.

True point, but at the same time, it wasnt necessary to mention the rest of the system as there apparently was no other life in the solar system. At the same time though I'm not saying ssj3 Goku is a galaxy buster . If Cell was a solar system buster, it shouldn't be logical to think Goku is a galaxy buster. The difference between them is big but not that big. If Cell is indeed a system buster, Goku could be scaled at a multi system or possibly a star cluster buster, not a Galaxy buster. Broly did it yes but he is non canon and possibly still had more raw destruction due to his fluctuating power.

Uriel destroyed (and survived) the black abyss as a side effect of his fight with D.S, the black abyss has 50 million solar masses, even the smallest of galaxies have a solar mass of 10 million.
So at the very least Porno has Galaxy level durability and firepower and FTL speeds.
Honestly bro, Powerscailing isn't doing anything for DBZ here, hence the reason i brang it up.
Did you really just bring up combat speed? lol. Porno at the very least is FTL, that's faster than Goku as it is, and yes she would avoid a instant kamehameha, he still has to re-enter the atmosphere from teleportation and when he does, she would react accordingly. (She isn't just going to stand there and let him do it like Cell did)...
Porno wins this with little difficulty.
@GoodGamerSambo: Well, to be fair, a case can be made to prove that Goku has FTL reflexes if you're allowing powerscaling (I've seen a very good argument from hitsusatsu11 on this site). It was mainly based on Piccolo's energy blast that destroyed the moon.

It's called reading the manga. Akira put all of the evidence in there for us. It's how the show works.
Also, you need to start using proper grammar. It is claimS with an S at the end. And You ARE (you're). Gotta write properly.
@justanormalguy: Dark Schneider destroyed the Black Abyss (Supermassive Black Hole that was the entrance to hell at the center of a galaxy) which was 5 million solar masses just by colliding with Uriel's Gungnir, and that was on on panel and everything. That puts him at Galaxy level in terms of destruction, which is more proof than what DBZ (Manga or otherwise) gave to Cells statement about his own power.

And now you are going to insult other peoples grammar and spelling online. Have you ever considered that some people here are not fluent in the english language, or that they have dyslexia, or that they just dont care about proper grammar and spelling online? ( not implying either just trying to make a point)
Oh and just to be an ass for you insulting Destiny and his use of the English language (And then trying to correct him on it) its claimED not claimS. You CLAIMED Goku was a galaxy buster so that is the correct tense in which to use the word). It should also be inside quotation marks, like so, "claimS" and "you ARE", to signify the importance of the word, But that is not mandatory. So you are trying to correct someone else even though you are wrong also. Besides you understood what he ment by it, so why did you feel the need to insult him in the first place?
I think you need to look at your own use of the english language before you start insulting others in their use of it.
Oh and Gotta means "Have got a.." or "Have got to.." so your last sentence makes no sence, You more or less said that YOU have got to write properly since you did not have a noun at the start.
Besides most people don't care much for their grammar and spelling online, but I do try to make an effort personally but sometimes I just don't care either way.
