This is another random fight that just came to me
In character , no prep , standard equipment , Ginji can use his other side if the fight come to that and Virgil can use the mind set that he had when daisy was hurt
Round 1 - neither of them get the Fortress's effect and round 2 - both can use the Fortress effects

Ginji should beat cartoon Virgil pretty easily due to his speed, strength, and stamina. But if this is comic Virgil too, then idk because I don't really follow him in the comics.
