@Kelleth: I know that both versions of Sentry own Freiza, I just want to know which version is involved so it can be specified what kind of a spite this is. Sentry has weaknesses not physical weaknesses but mental weaknesses yes, his several phobias e.g agoraphobia, dual personality disorder, mentally unstable, mentally insane etc. and because of this he is severely de-powered from time to time, Classic Sentry was at his most powerful state because he had complete control over his mind until he discovered the existence of The Void he began to grow insane and his power decreased because of that.

@Mortein: Sentry is several times stronger than the Hulk. Classic Sentry effortlessly broke every bone in The Hulk's body nearly killing him. Sentry's power is dependent on his mental state, the more stable his mind the stronger he becomes and vice versa. During the events of World War Hulk, Sentry was at his most powerful since Classic Sentry who was the most powerful version of Sentry to date.

@comicfanforever: That version of Sentry is still far too powerful for Frieza to handle. Contrary to popular belief Sentry was not trying to defeat or kill Green Scar (WWH) he was ordered to keep him busy.
Sentry wins because of the following reasons:
Strength: Frieza has never shown superhuman strength sufficient to lift over thousands of tons nor has he hinted having such strength. Classic Hulk possessed the physical strength to support a 150 billion ton mountain, Green Scar also known as World War Hulk to the unfamiliar was several times more powerful than his Classic Savage version that supported the 150 billion ton mountain on his back with his arms and Green Scar is functionally the most powerful incarnation of The Hulk to date and he was able to easily defeat several opponents that gave his past version a good fight, he nearly killed The Thing with two straight blows to the head and The Thing has been known to fight in long battles with Classic Hulk, he easily defeated She-Hulk, one-shotted Ares who lifts at least 70 tons and defeated the Avengers of the time and The X-Men proving that he is far too strong in this incarnation however the Sentry fought a Green Scar that was a lot more powerful and enraged than the one who easily defeated the heroes mentioned before. The Sentry had the power to trade blows with Green Scar who was a lot more powerful than his regular Savage version that could support a 150 billion ton mountain and the Green Scar that The Sentry fought was so enraged that he was at the brink of insanity and was at his most powerful state. That Sentry logically had enough physical strength to easily lift over hundreds of billions of tons.
Speed: Frieza is nowehere near the speed of light. Sentry has been depicted as being able to fly from The Earth to The Sun in a matter of seconds as light takes approximately takes 8 minutes to perform such a feat and this proves that Sentry flies in the excess of the speed of light. While on Earth he prefers to fly at roughly orbital speeds ranging from 5 miles per second to an undefined speed. During the Skrull Secret Invasion he flew from Saturn and back in a matter of seconds which would require him to fly many times the speed of light.
Reaction Time/Reflexes: Frieza's reflexes have never been shown to have been at the speed of light and are very possibly at the speed of sound while Sentry's reaction time and reflexes are in the excess of the speed of sound. Sentry has been seen catching bullets in mid air inches away from its intended target as the bullet was fired from an advanced Skrull sniper gun and it should be noted that the feat was performed rather easily and effortlessly. Regular sniper bullets travel at roughly Mach 4 and the bullet Sentry easily caught was fired by an advanced Skrull sniper and it should be noted that Sentry was several feet away from the intended target.
Energy Manipulation: Both fighters are master energy manipulators however Frieza has been shown that he requires to power up briefly to create an energy attack with enough power to destroy entire planets but it should be noted that Frieza disintegrates the core of the planet rather than destroy it completely. Sentry however is far too powerful in these terms. Though during the events of World War Hulk it was said that The Sentry had unleashed energy never seen before however if he had actually unleashed his full power he would have destroyed the Earth which would have been a rather stupid act. During his fight with Terrax it was stated that an energy blast Sentry discharged was powerful enough to easily destroy entire planets and stars and the blast was not even fully charged or charged at all and it was rather an effortless attempt. Sentry also manipulates light for several effects. If Sentry becomes aware of what kind of energy Frieza possesses he could very well siphon it though this is purely a theory.
Stamina: Frieza has been shown to exhaust himself after intense hours and days of intense physical combat as his body produces fatigue poisons if he physically exerts himself beyond his natural limits. A mentally unstable Sentry has more stamina than Frieza as he can engage in intense physical activity for weeks without his body producing fatigue poisons however the Sentry that fought Green Scar was far more powerful and had much more stamina.
Flight: Both fighters can fly and have complete mastery over their flight as neither has the advantage over the other in said flight ability.
Invulnerability: Frieza is extremely durable being able to withstand a Spirit Bomb by Goku however Frieza has never shown the kind of durability The Sentry has. The Sentry's body is chemically enhanced and his physiology is quite impressive as Iron Man and Mister Fantastic have stated that they have found no physiological weaknesses in Sentry's body. Sentry's body is composed of a super-dense molecular structure being more durable than the body of nearly anyone on the planet. The Sentry has survived high atmospheric pressures and harsh environments such as the vacuum of space and Nick Fury has stated that they have found no way to kill The Sentry. The Sentry has withstood powerful blows from an extremely enraged Green Scar while still maintaining a smile on his face.
Vast Psionic Abilities: The Sentry could easily destroy Frieza mentally. Extremely powerful telepaths such as Professor X have stated that The Sentry exceeds even himself in telepathic abilities and is the most powerful telepath on Earth. The Sentry's telepathy was strong enough to erase the memories of everyone on the planet and his vast psychic powers hold his physical form together.
Overall Sentry has the greater physical power, speed and psionic abilities.
