I am not sure how this will turn out since I don't know how franky powers work so help me out here please
no prep , in character , standard equipment , Round 1 - cartoon cyborg vs pre - time skip franky , Round 2 - post - time skip franky vs comic cyborg , Round 3 - franky has different beverage in him and same rules apply for round 1 and 2

@SMXLR8 I don't know much about Franky but even without BFR, Cyborg has great durability, his abilities ranges from emps (probably could shut down opponent ability to change weapons), to various environment adaptable weapons as well as a shielding system. Overall, I'm inclined to take Cyborg's side
Although, It could also depend on Franky's morals. If he's more willing to kill and won't hold back at the start of fight he might have a chance to take this. Cyborg is prone to analyze opponent before attacking. Franky could take him by blitz.

Well Franky doesn't run on electricity so emps wouldn't work, and Franky only has one weakness which is his back and he keeps that protected also Franky arsenal could have have enough power to destroy a small countries so ... Im giving it to Franky.
