RULES-
-Naruto starts off in his four tailed Demon Fox state and cannot go any higher than that
-Hulk gets two battle axes and is already mad
-Both are bloodlusted and looking to completely destroy the other
-win ONLY by death
-Fight is located in the same forest where Naruto Fought Orochimaru
-they start 25 feat apart from one another

agreed, he's one of the strongest forms of hulk.
a punch from hulk to anyone who isn't properly grounded will be a BFR.
a tailed blast could work, but i still dont think its potent enough to kill hulk

how is this a mismatch? i found four tailed Naruto to be very powerful, his hide was strong enough to resist being pierced by Orochimaru's kuransagi sword, he was fast enough to blitz orochimaru, he could create clones out of his own body, anything that touched him would burn instantly, his tailed beast bomb tore through three rashamon gates, not to mention hie could extend his arms for long range reach, i didn't think this would be a spite battle

Hulk can punch people into orbit, survive nuke explosion and have a powerful healing factor (and all those was before World War Hulk) Naruto need more tails to do anything to him, and that would probably help a little (you should have use the cartoon version)
Green Scar would win easily. How is Naruto going to do what many heroes on Marvel Earth couldn't do? There is nothing Naruto has to put Green Scar down. Planet Hulk was strong enough to pull the tectonic plates of an entire planet and Green Scar is much stronger than that. Green Scar is far durable and strong. He would tear Naruto to shreds.

Cartoon Hulk would lose(EMH), other incarnations get stomped into infinity and beyond.
WWH wins, but not because of strength. If we were going by strength, then even though WWH is stronger than 4 tails, it would go on for a LONG time because Naruto would start growing more tails, therefore getting stronger, and because they both have healing factors... You get it, it would take a long time.
Hulk would eventually win though, because as the Green Scar, he's fully capable of rational thought, and can therefore figure out some way to beat him besides just hitting him till they both drop.
