Fantastic Five

vs

The Avengers

- Thor doesn't have hammer

- Battle fair

- First team to give up loses

- No weapons

- Thing faces Hulk

- Mr. Fantastic faces the red guy ( sorry forgot his name)

- Spider-man faces the yellow robot ( forgot his name)

- Johnny faces Thor

- Sue faces the girl ( don't know her name)

- Everyone goes all out

You seem to not know many of the characters in your thread, none of them are anime since you didn't mention it in the OP, and this is very one sided because Thor would solo with ease as would Hulk and Ironman could solo if properly bloodlusted.

As for Spiderman I've seen a handful of manga versions, but I'm not sure how many (if any) are authentic or just imitations made to attract anime fans.

One of the examples is the Marvel Mangaverse http://www.comicvine.com/uh_huh/105-710479/
