3 God cards can be fused to create Horakhty of the light, that could beat Zorc Necrophades that Exodia can't even budge

so the god cards... do you know how HARD it is to prep up an EXODIA?

if we're talking about the actual card game Exodia still owns anything. The rules for exodia are simple, assemble him in your HAND and declare victory. Unlike in the anime you do not have to place them out one by one, get attacked and deal with a bunch of crap. Unless your opponent is attacking your hand directly by forcing you to discard or show your cards, you simply draw him from the deck and once you have all five you throw it down like "GIN RUMMY BIATCH!" drop the cards and walk away.

I'm talking about the Egyptian arc when the monsters were real and the god cards can't fuse on their own they require the pharaoh's assistance.

3 turns if you make the right deck for the technique but a Egyptian god is easier to obtain so i`m going with the gods on this one.

In terms of the card game, I go with Exodia since the cards for him are tourney legal. For anime, definitely the God cards thanks to their nifty fusion seen during the Egyptian arc.

well, isnt exodias' ability to beat anyone he's against. he could beat anyone even the spectre by saying "obliterate"

Got a point there, Exodia was defeated by Zorc in season 5, and the gods beat zorc... so gods>Zorc>Exodia, per se?

according to statments by Kaiba, Marik, and his sister, any Egyption God Card can beat exodia, that was the whole point of introducing them in the series.

It doesn't matter how powerful your opponent's shit is. If you're holding all of Exodia at once, you win. No exceptions.

However, Exodia lost in a battle against Zorc in the show...
