@othus12: Ragna is a lightning timer, and a single blow from him is capable of destroying entire city blocks. (I'm aware this isn't as impressive as cleaving a mountain of ice in half, but I figured I should mention it regardless).
Aside from that, he has other abilities such as tearing into his opponents soul via his Azure Grimoure (His right arm).
well i dont really know who would win but, one thing is for sure, mihawk entered the war of the best and came out of it without breaking a sweat, not a single scratch and he fought against crocodile, daz bones, luffy, vista, a little bit against jozu and buggy XD we have yet to see what does a desperate mihawk looks like.
