If this Ken as in Kenshiro then he loses if the distance between them is great enough. Darth Vader's mastery of the force is almost flawless. He could choke Kenshiro to death. However, if they are close enough, Kenshiro's superior speed could come into play and Hokuto Shinken would enable him to pick his opponent apart.
