Standard winning conditions. 
No prep.   
Dante can't use Quicksilver.
Both are in character.
Both have their usual weaponry. 
Dante from DMC 3.

@Kurohige: That would be a NLF and he gets speed blitzed anyway before he does anything.

@Fehafare: Well at the very least it would be able to disintegrate Dante but yes speedblitz is very possible here so I shouldn't matter in the long run.
