Id give it to yusuke in a massive stomp. He can blitz naruto before the ninja can pull of anything at all, but lets say Naruto does manage to go kyuubi just for the sake of arguement. Yusuke would still take this as he was casually mountain busting by accident and he had gotten even more pwoerful since then
Even with speed equal Yusuke can still casually fire off mountain level reigans which would wreck Naruto, and is able to throw punches that are around mountain level too. He would be able to tank most of Narutos attacks with little effort.
