Amagai is most likely faster than both of them. He can beat them one on one but not both of them at the same time

@Galenbeta: Gate of Babylon spams noble phantasms by the hundreds at Gil's enemies, each one of them have some unique effects, as they are all noble phantasms.

Amagai isn't surviving that.
