1. The Joker  
2. Ra al ghul  
3. Mr. Freeze  
4. Scarecrow  
5. Bane  
6. The Penguin  
7. The Riddler   
8. Catwomen 
 
vs.  
 
BH Homunculi with a month of prep as well  
1. Pride  
2. Wrath  
3. Lust  
4. Envy 
5. Sloth  
6. Gluttony  
7. Greed/Ling  
8. J Solf. Kimblee  
 
Both teams have knowledge of each other 
Fight takes place in gotham  
Batman villains have their mobsters, gangs, etc! while the Homunculi have their homunculi army (the zombie ones) and artemis military force 
Who wins? You decide!

@sceonn: Yeah... There plan took centuries, a day of prep for the joker he can take down an entire government... Remember batman villains are very deadly, and the homunculi weren't the minds behind the plan, it was Father which took centuries and centuries to do...
