Okay, Setting , they are both in forests (most likely Hidden Leaf Villiage: Kakashi has his regular gear along with Asuma, one thing, Kakashi does not have his Sharingan eye for a unknown reason. After that it's all you peoples thoughts.

Im giving the slight edge to kakashi, even wihout his eyes he still has enough in his arsenal to win.
