  • This is Android 17 and 18 from the Trunks storyline(When Goku is dead from heart disease)
  •  There is only one Cooler
  • Setting: West City around Capsule Corp.

I think that cooler would win: 
 

  • Gohan ssj was probably not as strong as goku against meta cooler, yet gohan with one arm overpowered both android 17 and 18 put together.
  • Cooler was equal to goku and Vegeta (fighting together)
  • Cooler has great regeneration
  • It was possible to beat the stuffing out of android 17 and 18, as demonstrated by cell, but nothing has been seen with meta-cooler
  • Meta-cooler knows instant transmission (Nuff said)

Cooler would win but I want to point something out to you. IT wouldnt help Cooler much seein as Androids 17 and 18 didnt have an enery signal.

Cooler cannot regen 
He is just a single Meta-Cooler 
He cannot IT, no Ki signature  
  
Although the Androids used are, WEAKER than the Current timeline androids. If it were Current timeline androids, they would win.

Meta Cooler godstomp's them both at the same time..and he wont need any fancy techniques or abilities like Instantaneous Movement or Regeneration....Dende in movie 6 is God so this Piccolo in movie 6 is Kamiccolo who fought evenly with Android 17.  And he was fodder to one Meta Cooler.

I would say either 17 or 18 would solo entire Meta Cooler army if it were the ones from the main timeline. If you mean alternate timeline 17 and 18, Cooler wins against one of them, and ties if they're together. That being said, if Cell was born in the main timeline, he would probably be getting close to base level Mister Buu....

If this is maintime, Cooler still wins easily.
 
1 non upgraded Meta Cooler >>> Piccolo in movie 6 = Kamiccolo = Android 17 in main timeline
