Amon should be able to win via blood bending and staying out of his vision (third eye thing)

@ImDictatorBowDown: i just changed the op after i realized that. and bloodbending may not even be a game breaker since he doesnt need much movement to get a shot out. it would depend on distance.

Amon is still a chi blocker who is shown to be quite proficient in water bending, I think if he gets close and avoids Combustion mans eye, he may be able to pull a win, however it wouldn't be easy to get so close, so I think it could go either way really
