Agent Six wins this I think. He has more impressive physical ability and is more dangerous with his swords. Aside from his own peak human ability, Hei can only generate electricity on a fairly low level. Not one sided but Six wins this imo.

Hei can kill with electricity and can conduct it through anything that can conduct electricity. Which is why he carries a knife with metal wire at all times. Six's swords would just work as a conductor for them. Also, that's not Hei's true power. Hei's actual power is  the ability to manipulate matter and energy on a quantum level.
 
Hei is incredibly tough, fast, and skilled. He's very stealthy and has dealt with a variety of Contractors with various power sets, from Levitation to Teleporation, Gravity Control, Illusions, Pyrokinesis and so on and so forth.
 
It's a tough match. Six has to help fend off monsters all the time. Hei fights off people with super-human powers all the time, and originally Hei wasn't a contractor, he was an Assassin for the Syndicate, and there was a time he lost his powers as well, and relied solely upon his physical abilities and combat skills. Even without his powers he was still capable of fighting off Contractors.

I go with Chinese Electrical Batman, he out classes Six in almost every field, and he can shoot fricking lighting bolts throught conductive objects, and he carries a lot of them. I think he wins...

Outclass? They pretty even, the only thing Hei have over Six is his powers

@Destinyheroknight: For what I watched from both Series, I consider Hei to be more skillfull and physically gifted than Six

Six jump from an aircraft in the sky and cut up all the felling debris on the way down (in the first episode) before the debris fell on people. He is able to cut loose seven people in web cocoons in less then five seconds, also jump up from the ground to the top of a building to defeat blitz a spider EVO (in episode nineteen). Six is also a bullet timer. I want to know why is Hei more better?

@Destinyheroknight: I was talking from what I've seen, I didnt watched all Rex episodes, only a handful if they are on. I watched both seasons from DtB and from what I've seen Hei is ridiculous fast and resiliant. Also he usually goes for the kill from the start, and seems better fit for killing swiftly. The wired knifes are a gamechanger, since he can blast electricity with them. If Six uses the magnetic pulse he will get in disadvantage, as Hei could use the magnetic pull from the blades to home his wires to Six.

Even so in this case, as I lack more information about Six feats, and you exposed them so clearly, I'll go with your side, since the feats you listed seem pretty admirable, and could give Six the edge in battle. (And I'm taking in account waht I've seen, as he fights with EVO's all the time, and they seem tough customers...) Also having longer blades could prove to his advantage. Yet I still have my doubts. For the time being I'll admit your points, until I can disprove them or totally accept them. I'll go to watch Rex right now...

Six hardly use the magnetic pulse, so that not a problem. Six is also ridiculous fast and resilient, I fully know both characters (I wouldn't make a unfair battle). Also I not on a side, I just giving info
