Yomi, because he is a country buster whereas Piccolo is stuck at the island level tier, and is likely faster, given that he's at least equal in speed with Yusuke who casually blitzed like 20-30 S-class-ish demons kilometers away into the air as a warm-up. Yomi also has similar flight and ki capabilities.

Since when?

Yomi pretty handily. Sensui would have been a much better match.

Yomi wins overall, mainly because of speed.

Yomi wins because of speed and because Piccolo was considered a demon and Yomi's barrier rejects demon power. (Dragon ball logic) (DBZ logic doesn't count here)

Lol at Piccolo stuck at island level. He took on his own attack combined with Goku's Super Kamehameha, and fought like nothing happened before. Also the island they were fighting on was as big as a small continent too, and he wiped it out easily, even when Goku took a chunk of the attack himself.

He's pretty damn fast too. Goku reacted to his ki blast which crossed the entire island, and they're comparable in speed. So Yomi won't blitz, and probably would get blitzed.

Yomi destroys

I'm going to need you to prove the island's size. Also, he by no means wiped out the island. There were palm trees right next too the tournament zone that were barely affected by the blast.

@Justalittlegirl: The Island is country size (as big as south africa). Check out daizenshuu 4 map

In DC/Attack Potency, Yomi has the advantage, I think he is at minimum Country Level+, possibly Small Continent+ at max, 23rd BT Piccolo is Country Level+.

In speed, Yomi is much faster, Yomi is Massively Hypersonic+, 23rd BT Piccolo is only Hypersonic+

Durability and Stamina Yomi is superior, as he fought against Yusuke during 60 hours.

Yomi takes this.

@XtremeRevolution55: Found the map, but couldn't find the island. Of course, just thinking about it means that those mountains were gigantic. Dammit Toriama.

I'd say Yomi wins after a good bout. He is slightly stronger all around.

@phantomrant:

Piccolo was a moon buster by then.

Definitely an island buster.

He isn't a demon. That was just what people called him because of:

1. His appearence

2. He was evil.

Piccolo is a Namekian, he always was.

I am not saying that he would win though.

I call BS on Piccolo only being Hypersonic.

Well, Goku took 28 hours to finish Snake's way, which has 1.000.000 of km, that's around Mach 50, which is Hypersonic+, not to mention that Goku is much faster than his 23rd version.

The Island is in C3 section of the map. You can see a country sized island near south africa's place.

But yomi still destroys because of a massive speed difference

Piccolo destroyed the moon only after the fight with raditz. he was much stronger at that time

Not really.

Going by power level's, (which were still reliable at the time)

23rd Budokai Piccolo: Around 334

BoZ Piccolo (which includes the part where he blew up the moon): 408

That isn't even an 100+ leap.

Also, that was with a random chi beam, Piccolo's most powerdul attack at the 23rd Budokai, the Bakurikimaha, or Explosive Demon Wave, should definitely be able to do it.

Power levels were never reliable.

Uh, Yeah they were, up until the ending of the Saiyan Arc or Freeza Arc, depending.

Definitely at BoZ

Fore Example:

BoZ Piccolo w/o weights PL: 408

BoZ Goku w/o weights PL: 416

Raditz's PL: 1,500

Raditz>BoZ Goku w/o weights, and BoZ Piccolo w/o weights.

Power levels were reliable.
