Poll Info

So unless you've been living under an internet rock recently, you've probably heard about the new "Super Saiyan God" form (a form above Super Saiyan 3) that Goku will attain in the new movie Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods. The new movie is considered canon, because Akira Toriyama is deeply involved with it, and it's generally believed that the movie will conflict with Dragon Ball GT and make that series "officially" non-canon.

Do you welcome the idea of a "Super Saiyan God" transformation (Yay!) or think it's a bad idea for some reason (Nay!) ...or do you not care one way or the other? Vote! Comment! Discuss! Let your opinions be heard.

At this point I don't really care until I see it. Usually I don't like to get too excited about something, because it's easy to be disappointed that way. I don't care for how strong he gets, I just want it to be a good story.

Edit: Creation of this movie is probably provoked by that simulation fight against Goku and Superman. This way Goku can get some crazy feats to stand against Superman. I can see it already, Goku and Anubis will casually destroy several galaxies just by looking at each other.

GT WAS NEVER CANON. Fucks sake.

I say nah. I hate the escalation of power. People reading it or watching it have no desire for the adventure of a story.

Well Goku's story is basically about being the strongest in the universe. Anyway I'm sort of in the middle about it.

Hmm never knew Super Saiyan 4 was non-canon, learn something new everyday. :)

Yeah I don't care either way, but I'm a little interested to see what Super Saiyan God form will look like.

I like the idea of Super Saiyan God but i wish Vegeta would go Super Saiyan 3 in this movie.
