Based on Shūzō Oshimi's manga series, the anime adaptation is directed by Hiroshi Nagahama and written by Aki Itami. While it is produced by ZEXCS, Animax, GANSIS, Kodansha, Starchild Records, and The Klockworx Co., Ltd, it is broadcasted by Animax, Tokyo MX, TVS, Chiba TV, tvk, GTV, SUN-TV, and KBS.

Plot

Takao Kasuga is an average high school boy. One day he finds a pair of gyms clothes that belong to his high school crush Saeki and in a moment of impulse, he decides to take the clothes. From that moment on, his life is forever changed when he discovers that Sawa Nakamura had witnessed his deviant action. Having Kasugua at her mercy, Nakamura makes a contract with him, where he has to do whatever she says.
