Overview

Virgo gives Lucy a magical whip that originally comes from the Celestial World during Lucy's fight with Byro. The whip's full name is River of Stars of the Eridanus Constellation, and its shorten name is Fleuve d'étoiles. The whip is made up of water and stars that can extend to any length and enables Lucy to grab things.
