Flandre Scarlet is the younger sister of Remilla. First appearing in the Embodiment of the Scarlet Devil, as an extra stage boss.
Due to her unstable personality and incredible destructive power, her sister (Remilla) ordered her to be "locked away" for almost 500 years. She knows little of the outside world.
