For anyone who missed it, here's a link to our original article about Giant Robot magazine and the troubles they've been having.

Awesome video!  Thanks for supporting Giant Robot Magazine.  I'm especially grateful for your remarks about the Anime Addicts section (since I write it -- shameless plug).

You are right John you do look underage without facial hair if the pic @0:40 is anything to go by.

Also as said in the original article if I could buy a copy of the magazine without having to buy a full year subscription off their site than I would, however this is not the case.

@Konanda: Well, I got my copy at a Barnes and Noble, but this area is closer to one of their stores, so I can't say how likely they are in further reaches. Plus, yeah, I'm intending to buy successive issues now, but buying issues from the stand is a rather indirect way of pledging support. (Plus, yeah, that photo was like, a year and a half ago, but still, I tend to look very young without facial hair)

@jamesleung:
Anytime! Seeing how we're a bit of addicts for anime ourselves I'd be negligent to ingore it.

@John_Martone:
Ya I checked the local Chapters and Coles (both owned by Chapters/Indigo Books and Music or Canada's monopolistic bookstore chain which I have many problems with [mainly a few cases of censorship by denying sale of certain titles] but that is quite off-topic) and they don't carry them. The only way I see to buy it is through buying a year long subscription on their site and I would rather be able to get a single issue first to see if I like it.
