Japan is full of delicious figure festas, and the current of these events is Mega Hobby Expo, running this very day in Japan. So! Let's talk about a few Mega Hobby shots, shall we?
Danny Choo provides this delicious shot of Gurren Lagann's Yoko in cowgirl attire. I'm not totally thrilled with her mouth, but the look of determination on her face is more than awesome enough to make up for it, if you ask me. The badass outfit doesn't hurt, either, amirite?
Then there's this new series of Idolmaster figures. Now, I don't mind the overall design of these cuties, but the execution seems pretty mediocre. And then, something seems a little off...like maybe the heads are slightly disproportionate to the rest of the bodies. Especially the one pictured right here.

But oh, we're not done yet! How about an angelic, pre-wardrobe malfunction Ranka Lee? I come down on the Sheryl Nome side of the Macross F debate in the general run of things, but I have to admit, I love her cute little wings. Even if, uh...hm. Did anyone consider telling Megahouse that Ranka's hair is green?
